• Product designs are protected by design patents where applicable.

Refund Policy

We offer refunds or exchanges within 30 days of purchase under the following conditions:

• The item must be unused, in its original packaging with all tags attached
• Proof of purchase is required
• Custom-made or personalized items are non-refundable
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days of receiving the returned item.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through the following process:

1. Informal negotiation: Contact our customer service team to attempt resolution
2. Mediation: If unresolved, we agree to attempt mediation through a neutral third party
3. Arbitration: Failing mediation, disputes shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce

General Provisions

• If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
• These terms shall be governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR.
• Force majeure events may temporarily suspend our obligations under these terms.
