Eligibility for Refunds

At Opal Whisper, we want you to be completely satisfied with your jewelry purchase. You may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The item is in its original condition, unworn and undamaged
  • All original tags and packaging are intact
  • The item is not part of our final sale or clearance collection
  • You provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Refund Process

  1. Submit a return request through our website's Returns Center
  2. Wait for approval and receive return instructions
  3. Package the item securely with all original packaging
  4. Ship the item back to us using the provided return label
  5. Allow 5-7 business days for processing after we receive your return

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exceptions

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Personalized or custom-made jewelry
  • Items marked as "Final Sale"
  • Earrings for hygiene reasons (unless defective)
  • Items that show signs of wear or damage

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective item or incorrect product, please contact us immediately. We will cover return shipping costs and either replace the item or issue a full refund.

International Returns

Customers outside our primary shipping regions may be responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
